Nate and Brooke, the dedicated and enthusiastic founders of True Builders, met & fell in love in 2015. They embarked on their first home projects in 2018 and by 2024 had helped many Bloomington families with their home renovations as well. Throughout the years, they have acquired valuable knowledge in construction and design from their travels together, local makers, and some seriously cool btown real estate experts.

With their pupper, Bella, and beautiful baby girl, Kennedy, by their side, Nate and Brooke uncovered the key ingredients that can effortlessly transform a mere house into a cozy, inviting home. This newfound wisdom, coupled with their firm commitment to building relationships, propels their mission to help more families in Bloomington achieve their home improvement aspirations. Nate

Construction & Planning

Nate is a Bloomington native with an eye for transforming spaces. When he walks into a space his mind immediately starts turning with all of the possibilities for improvement. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Nate will be your point person for your project and will help you navigate all of your exciting options!

Brooke

Design

Brooke is our lead designer and will help you move from inspiration to action! Your project starts with mood boards, mockups, & design plans, and ends with those final touches that give a space heart. Brooke has a background in marketing and events and, as a mother, she understands that the most important aspect of your house is that it’s home to the people you love most.

DYlan

Construction

Dylan has experience with a wide variety of construction work from small home renovations to large commercial projects. His projects have taken him all across the country and he has learned new skills and techniques at every step. Now based in Fishers, Dylan takes the lead on many of our Indy-based projects, but also frequently travels back home to btown for projects with the team.
